Senior HR Manager (Manufacturing)

 

Qualifications | Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Strong understanding of Nepalese labor laws and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS System
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in similar role, Experience in FMCG manufacturing background will be an added advantage.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR policies and programs, aligning with company goals & labor laws
  • Oversee recruitment to attract top talent with diverse skill sets
  • Manage employee relations by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts
  • Supervise performance management, including evaluations and development plans
  • Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Build strong relationships with government agencies to ensure adherence to labor laws
  • Promote diversity and inclusion to create a workplace that values all individuals
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to management temas.
