Senior HR Manager (Manufacturing)
Qualifications | Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- Strong understanding of Nepalese labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS System
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in similar role, Experience in FMCG manufacturing background will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR policies and programs, aligning with company goals & labor laws
- Oversee recruitment to attract top talent with diverse skill sets
- Manage employee relations by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts
- Supervise performance management, including evaluations and development plans
- Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Build strong relationships with government agencies to ensure adherence to labor laws
- Promote diversity and inclusion to create a workplace that values all individuals
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices
- Provide strategic HR advice and support to management temas.
