• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret test results and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times
• Train and supervise junior lab technicians
• Stay updated with industry advancements and recommend new techniques or technologies to enhance lab processes
• Assist in budgeting and procurement of laboratory supplies and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lab Technician, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a laboratory setting
• Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword optimization is a plus.
