Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, Tourism & Hospitality Management or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with a strong background in both retail and corporate business, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of driving results and achieving operational excellence.
