Primary Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a MEAN/FULL Stack Developer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model). 
• Expertise in Angular and UI/UX design principles. 
• Experience with back-end development using Node.js and related technologies.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (C#, Java/Groovy, Python).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OTP, JWT, and OAuth2.0.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices. 
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA. 
• Experience implementing unit tests in JavaScript. 
• Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks is a plus. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust application architectures. 
• Implement best practices for performance optimization, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. 
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval. 
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing. 
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define and deliver technical solutions. 
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
• Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
