Job Description
- Examine and evaluate the relevancy and effectiveness of the existing system, process, standard operating procedures and work instructions in coordination with the relevant department or the unit.
- System, strategy and compliance development of the company.
- Review & control mechanism development within the framework of policies and procedures of the company.
- Prepare and execute internal audit plans, and report and recommend senior management with evaluation, strategy and recommendations.
- Review and update SOP, flowcharts, policies, systems, and procedures.
- Development of new SOPs, policies, and strategies in coordination with the concerned department or function.
- Development of new systems, policies, SOPs, flow charts, and work instructions in coordination with the relevant department and also ensuring their regular updates.
- Develop an effective and efficient process improvement system for carrying out the existing process to the optimum level.
- Plan and execute operational projects in such a way as to provide management with findings, evaluations, and recommendations on the reliability and integrity of:
- a. Financial information
- b. Compliance with plans, policies, procedures, government laws, and regulations
- c. The means established to safeguard the company’s assets.
- d. The established goals and objectives.
- Review operations and functional procedures in each department to analyze whether the results are as per the standard with current objectives and goals as well as whether these are carried out as planned.
- Ensure control mechanisms are operating effectively through investigation in any area of
- the company and report to the management for necessary action.
- Follow up with management to remind accountability of the management till corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes to create a systematic work environment.
- Ensure compliance with national and international government laws and acts.
- Ensure zero statutory non-compliance and audit findings.
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Must be qualified CA / ACCA.
- Excellent Analytical and presentation skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good Computer Knowledge.
