Senior Officer – Monitoring, Evaluation and Communications x3 (Pokhara, Surkhet, Dhangadhi)

USIAD Biodiversity invites applications from qualified Nepali nationals for the following positions:

 Required Qualification and Experience:

• At least 6 years with master’s/10 years with a bachelor’s of experience in program monitoring, evaluation and learning of donor funded development activities. (Subtract one year of relevant experience—5 years with MA or 9 years with BA—for persons of excluded groups) 
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a field of study related to statistics, demographics, or other field related to monitoring and evaluation of biodiversity or environmental activities preferred. 
• Good grasp of monitoring, evaluation, learning and communications functions.
• Strong familiarity with international donor M&E, learning practices ideally with USAID preferred but not required and/or other donors (required).
• Track record in managing survey/evaluations, with strong quantitative research skills, and proven ability to produce demonstrable results.
• Strong understanding and relevant M & E experience on project design, M&E methods, processes, and tools including result-based monitoring (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, people and priorities simultaneously and work remotely.
