Summary of Job Purpose:
The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of the USAID Integrated Nutrition program within specified geographical areas. This role entails providing comprehensive technical support to ensure the effective, inclusive, accountable, and sustainable implementation of nutrition initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing integrated programming across health, agriculture, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and governance sectors in the designated regions.
Educational qualifications and experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, management, public administration, health sciences, or related disciplines with minimum of 5 years of mid-level management experience in international or non-governmental organizations (NGOs), UN agencies, development partners, and the private sector. This should include at least 3 years of experience in successfully managing diverse communities to implement nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive programs.
