Location: Kathmandu based (on-site); This position requires frequent travel to Gorkha or Jiri.

Salary: Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred)
• At least 5 years of working experience within educational or non-profit sectors
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Experience in stakeholder management including governments, NGOs, and community members
• Willingness to travel as required
• Fluency in English and Nepali (written and spoken).
