Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge:

• Masters in development studies and at least 3 years project management experience and or Bachelor’s in any discipline with 5 years’ experience. (Prefer to public health and experience in SRHR)
• Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Good leading skills and staff mobilization as well as motivation.
• Proficient in documentation, case study, report writing.
• Willingness to work in remote area.

Purpose of Job: The objective of position is overall leading the project. Communication and coordination with local and provincial government, key stakeholder, CSOs and other will be done by this position. Program planning, effective implementation, ensure burn rate, monitoring and support to subordinate staff for their effective performance.
