Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.
- Coordinate with dealerships and other sales points to drive vehicle sales and promotional activities.
- Regularly travel to meet clients, visit dealerships, and explore new markets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in sales, in the automotive industry is must.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Nepal.
