- Depth knowledge of Travels and Tours Industry; IATA certification is preferred.
- Should be familiar with online selling platforms like Amadeus, Sabre and/or Galileo.
- Very knowledgeable in Ticketing and Reservations
- Understanding of visa and entry requirements for countries.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent marketing & communication skills
- Microsoft Skills.
- Fluent in English (Speaking and writing).

Job Description:
- Book, Refund and Re-issue the tickets as suggested by clients
- Make ticket booking, quote fare, and send to direct customers or Agents.
- Prepare and forward daily sales report to the account department at every close
- Calculate the best fares and optimal routes, and have persuasion skills
- Provide customer care at all times. Be able to communicate in English and Nepali at the business level.
- Explain routing, visa rules, transits, etc.
- Maintain accurate records and update PNR files.
- Enlighten customers on the new and existing products of the company.
