Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our ticketing department with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and airlines.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and terms with airlines, ensuring our clients get the best value.
  • Act as the Account Maintenance Manager for corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Drive business strategies to increase sales and build long-term partnerships.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Ticketing Officer.
  • Strong experience with IATA regulations and all major GDS platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a passion for the travel industry.
