Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our ticketing department with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and airlines.
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms with airlines, ensuring our clients get the best value.
- Act as the Account Maintenance Manager for corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Drive business strategies to increase sales and build long-term partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead Ticketing Officer.
- Strong experience with IATA regulations and all major GDS platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for the travel industry.
