- Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring mechanical service or repairs.
- Assess customer needs and determine the scope of mechanical services required.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service or repair work.
- Coordinate with service technicians and ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding service processes and vehicle maintenance.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain detailed records of service appointments, customer interactions, and vehicle histories.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive or mechanical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software related to service management.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on automotive industry trends and technologies.
