Service Center Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Hires and trains employees.
  • Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

 

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and when necessary, may perform customer service functions.
  • Supervises and when necessary, assists with administrative services related to automobile repairs.
  • Prepares and maintains operating reports.
  • Monitors inventory, and orders supplies, tools, when needed.
  • Schedules and arranges necessary maintenance for the service center.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare operating reports and to reconcile records.
  • Extensive knowledge of automobile repair with ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

 

Recruitment Qualifications:

  • Master/Bachelor degree in management, accountancy, or related field.
  • At least two years of related experience working in a service center in a supervisory position.
  • Completion of the mechanical training program is desired.

 

Location: Bharatpur, Chitwan
