Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team at LABLINE TRADERS as a Service Engineer in Biomedical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field along with at least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry. This role is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our wide range of Radiology Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance, service, and repair of Radiology Equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of equipment to identify and resolve technical issues
- Train and educate users on proper operation and maintenance of equipment
- Install new equipment and ensure it meets all required specifications
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in biomedical engineering
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assist in product demonstrations and customer trainings
- Provide customer support and address any customer queries or complaints
- Create service reports and maintain detailed records of service visits and repairs
- Willingness to travel on short notice and work flexible hours as per customer needs
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and local languages
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
