Job Description:

• Perform regular maintenance and repair on Signode equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and ensure it meets operational standards.
• Train customers and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of Signode equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and customer interactions.
• Travel across Nepal to provide on-site service and support to customers.
