Job Description:
Biomedical Field Service Engineer will responsible for Field Services, Preventive Maintenance & Installations of Medical Equipment sold by the company.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Field service engineers will be responsible to respond to customer service calls and perform on-site / off-site repairs. They will conduct troubleshooting, User Demonstration and provide technical support services, such as replacements of the needed equipment components. His/her responsibilities will also include maintaining service/ Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports. Performing Preventive maintenance, Signing AMC & CAMC contracts etc.
Key Skills:
Biomedical Equipment Services, Troubleshooting.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 1 Year to Maximum 4 years of experience in Biomedical Field Service. Candidates Preferred from – Kathmandu valley.
Education:
- Bachelor's in Electronic & Communication and Electrical/ Biomedical field (highly Preferred)
- Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred).
