Job Description:

  • Lead and oversee the entire service department of company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of service solutions.
  • Develop and execute service strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage a team of service managers, engineers, and technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
  • Analyze service operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present service reports and updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in service management.
 

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 3- 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within the service industry, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
