Responsibilities 

  • Learning the Mendrhub system. Mendrhub system is a web-based platform used by our client where their equipment is listed as per their location and repair/maintenance request is sent out to technician for particular equipment.
  • Our clients have a list of equipments which are serviced on a periodic time interval. This is known as planned maintenance. The Service Management Executive will be responsible to set up a plan in the Mendrhub system and implement it on a timely basis.
  • After formulating the plan, contact the technician to be assigned for the plan and send them the job offer via email. (Some prior call will be required to know the availability of the technicians). Follow up with technician on the job and their progress.
  • Checking the checklist provided by the technician on the job and see if all the relevant information is gathered or not. Checklists are attached with the job when sending out the email notification to the technician.
  • After/as the PM jobs are being completed, checking the information in the Mendrhub system and make appropriate corrections based on the technician’s notes to the system. This will keep the system updated.
  • Drawing reports from the completed job via Mendrhub system and report back to the client.
  • Some technicians might not use the Mendrhub app, so these need to be followed up via email or call and relevant information gathered from them. Upload the information on the job for reporting drawing purpose.
  • Pushing the completed job to billing
  • Sending weekly update and reports to concerned departments.

 

Other Job Information

  • This position is a Business Process Support position for a company based in Australia. You will be working from 7:00 am  to 4:00 pm (8 hour shift with a 1 hour lunch break) in coordination with the main team based in Australia. You will be following the Australian working calendar with limited public and / or religious holidays according to the Nepalese calendar. 
  • Our client is a company with 1000s of machinery and equipment spread over Australia. Our job is to plan for the maintenance and emergency repair and service of these equipment. 
  • You will be going through a training period conducted by the Australia office, after which you are expected to perform up to the standards set by the company in your daily activities.
