- 1 year of relv. experience in the call center/customer service dept. is highly preferred

Job Description:
- Assist in planning various programs that maximize the output and productivity of the service operations department.
- Provide feedback to the service operations team regarding telephone etiquette, product information given and procedures.
- Provide proper rating to all the service operations team (CSR, Customer Care, Foodmandu Fresh)
- Provides accurate and timely reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis on call quality, productivity, availability and other key metrics as determined.
- Provide performance expectations, action plans and development plans to improve call quality.
- Identify problems, their possible solutions and provide actionable insights for performance improvements.
- Organize team meetings/communication sessions to address and discuss the issues for possible solutions.
- Conduct/Lead Training sessions.
