Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food production or manufacturing, preferably in noodles or similar processed food in dustries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve production goals through effective process management and adjustments
- Develop and oversee maintenance strategies to prevent equipment break downs and reduce downtime
- Address causes of production variance and implement improvements to maintain efficiency
- Enhance plant capacity by analyzing and improving production processes
- Manage noodle recovery processes to minimize waste and maximize yield
- Control and reduce wrapper wastage though effective monitoring and practices
- Optimize palm oil use to minimize costs and maintain quality
- Support and manage production staff, ensuring effective scheduling, training and performance
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the production area
- Analyze production data of identify and address issues, driving performance improvements
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and maintain documentation and audits.
