• Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing information about our retail showrooms.
• Efficiently detail product and discount factor
• Entry inventory , issue bill and quotations.
• Cash handling, entry of bills and deposit in banks.
• Social media handling.
• Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct product or service presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features.
• Customize sales pitches based on the unique needs of each client.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
• Provide feedback of customers to the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.
• Prepare MIS report on time and regular.

Job Specification:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have billing software knowledge ie. OMS
• Knowledge of interior decoration will add vale.
