Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Hostess at Times Business-Motors Division Located in Kathmandu. The Showroom Hostess will be responsible for:

• Various day-to-day tasks, including handling front desk operations.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining phone etiquette.
• Effective communication with customers.
• Keeping records of client visits, and direction to the correct department. 
• Information record and communication to the respective teams.

Job Specification:

• Excellent Personality.
• Candidates having Air Hostess experience would be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Experience in handling Showroom operation and providing customer service.
• Knowledge of Phone etiquette.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Proficiency in relevant MS office Software and applications.
• Assistance to Business Head for Periodic report and review.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Minimun Bachelor in any stream.
• Earliest Joining is highly appreciated.
