Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and provide information on Royal Enfield motorcycles and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and product displays are up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of motorcycles and accessories.
- Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Continuously update knowledge of Royal Enfield products and industry trends.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
