Appointment Type: Full Time for one year with possibility of extension.

Required Qualification: Bachelor’s in civil engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience in Building Construction works for bachelor’s in civil engineering,
Or
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Building Construction works for Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Language required: English, Nepali and other local languages are preferable contextual to the Jajarkot and West Rukum.

Other requirement: Two-wheeler license

Preferable: Preference will be given to the regional candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical input for the construction of Transitional Learning Center (TLCs), coordinate with local governments, schoolteachers, school management committee and communities at municipal level.
• Conduct/Assist awareness programs for earthquake resistance construction practices to local governments, schoolteachers, school management committee and communities at municipal level.
• Conduct/Assist training program for earthquake resistance TLCs construction to local masons of municipality, if required
• Data management and reporting
• Performing other duties as assigned.
