Job Description
- Project planning and study detail drawing and specification
- Planning of working methodology
- Prepare BOQ and Estimates as per design & specifications
- Prepare weekly, monthly and overall project schedule
- Site upkeep and adherence to safety regulations
- Selection and Inventory management
- Prepare WIP. Bills of Sub-Contractor
- Prepare as-built drawing before handover
- Monitor the construction works in terms of specified quality standards
- Prepare Progress Reports of site activities.
