Job Description:

• Dealing with change orders, delays, variation orders, price adjustment, bonus, Lab tests etc
• Submission of every interim payment certificates for payment
• Receiving instructions from the client/ consultant/ engineer and taking action on time
• Immediate information to the Project Manager or Head office for any obstruction to the progress of the work
• Planning and allocating right people to the right place
• Conducting weekly site meeting
• Ensure implementation of construction activity in line with the design and budget formulated by the organisation. 
• Provide timely and accurate information to account department and site managers/supervisors.
• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site and ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Plan the work and efficiently organise the site in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Undertaking of necessary surveys.
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency and implementation to those improvements.

Job Specification:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in similar role within similar industry.
