• Must have 2+ years or more relevant working experience 
• Site management/problem solving skills will be added advantage
• Expected of competent analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of a team, stakeholders and acting upon accordingly.
• Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word and MS Project.

Project Nature: Building Construction

• Discussing requirements with the client and other professionals
• Complete site supervision
• Consulting with client and consultant
• Judging whether projects are workable by assessing materials, costs and time requirements
• Make a periodic report about the status of the visit and submit to the authorities
• Technical monitoring of quality of service
• Required to visit various Construction Sites, Projects and Institutions engaged in Construction
• Develop detailed programmes for the coordination of site activities
• Co-ordinate and manage the technical team.
