Job Description:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve social media efforts.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Maintain and update website content to ensure freshness and relevance.
- Implement updates, validate the look/ feel, edit content within the content management system and LMS.
- Perform website/LMS edits (basic HTML) ensure proper location, look, feel and functionality, or digital content.
- Coordinate with third party vendors to integrate solutions into the website and LMS.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social media Handler or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to analyze metrics and generate comprehensive reports.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of website design and development, social media tools.
Education:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
