Job Description

  • Client Inquiry Response: Promptly and professionally respond to client inquiries and messages on various social media platforms, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Lead Generation and Distribution: Identify potential leads from social media interactions, qualify them, and pass them to the appropriate department or team for further follow-up.
  • Lead Monitoring: Keep track of leads' progress through the sales or marketing funnel, ensuring that they are properly nurtured and utilized for conversion.
  • Social Media Posting: Create and publish engaging and relevant content on social media platforms to maintain an active online presence and support marketing objectives.
  • Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth research on competitors' social media activities, analyzing their strategies, content, and engagement to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Content Creation: Develop content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia, ensuring that it aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
  • Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent and timely posting schedule, utilizing social media management tools.
  • Audience Engagement: Foster a sense of community and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and responses, addressing inquiries and building rapport.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that client inquiries and leads are handled effectively.
  • Crisis Management: Handle potential social media crises, negative feedback, or client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about social media platform policies and ensure the company's social media activities are in compliance with those policies.
