Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our business goals.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels (including text, images, and videos).
  • Optimize company pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Moderate user-generated content and respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage our online reputation and coordinate marketing efforts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
