Job Description:
- Handle queries and responses of social media platforms quickly and efficiently and provide brilliant customer service.
- Complaints resolution.
- Reply the customers and stakeholders on mail for quality interaction.
- Research, identify, and resolve customers using applicable in-house software.
- Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
- Provide service information to callers.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
