Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage Online Interactions: Monitor and respond to messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers, guiding them through the sales funnel and addressing their inquiries effectively.
  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and appeals to our target audience.
  • Social Media Strategy: Design and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing targets, including increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to ensure our platforms remain innovative and effective.
