Work Description Education Level: Bachelors running or completed Experience Required: More than or equals to 1-year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply) • Design and implement social media strategy to align with school’s goals • Oversees school’s social media accounts management • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily • Prepare detailed social media reports on a regular basis • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials • Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned • Create and implement online advertising strategies, including social media advertising and advertising on other digital platforms Preferred Qualification • Ability to deliver creative content • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics • Sound knowledge of hash-tags research and current trends identification • Knowledge of online marketing channels (promotion, campaigns, ads, event management channels, etc.) and techniques •Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal communications skills; strong attention to detail, ability to write and deliver work product under deadlines, and commitment to high-quality standards • Basic experience with Photoshop or Canva • A strong desire to test and learn – this includes comfort with failure and a desire to learn from failures in order to improve • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a fast-paced and passionate team.
