Job Description:
- Content Strategy: Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with them effectively.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality and visually appealing content, videos and written posts, that reflect the brand's voice and style
- Platform Management: Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc. Understand the each platform and optimize content accordingly.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and engaging with the audience in a positive and authentic manner. Foster meaningful interactions and build a strong online community.
- Analytics and Insights: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for content optimization and improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Working Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Specification:
- Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role.
- At least 1 years of experience in a digital marketing field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Generate innovative content ideas and Knowledge of social media trends
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines and Multitasking
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying abreast of industry developments.
