Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Mass Communication from accredited Institute with three years of relevant experience.

Experience

• Experience planning and executing community outreach programs, including designing awareness campaigns and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Previous involvement in coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and events on relevant topics such as disaster preparedness, shelter management, and community resilience.
• Experience in logistical planning, agenda development, participant coordination, and post-event reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
• Familiarity with the development and implementation of disaster risk reduction policies, guidelines, and action plans at the local and district levels.

Skills
