- SLC/SEE with 3 years of work experience in related field or intermediate level with 1 year of experience in related field
- Working in international organizations, preferably in an NGO
- Good written and spoken Nepali, English and Local languages with negotiation skills
- Willing to travel extensively to the project implemented sites and able to accommodate and adjust in difficult working conditions and tough field situations
- Ability to take responsibility, meet deadlines and make progress with minimum supervision
- Basic knowledge in computer (MS word, excel and power point) will be an added advantage
- Preference will be given to those who have two wheeler license and candidate must be from a local community.
