What you will do:

– Acquire knowledge of agile process frameworks to effectively manage project life cycle end to end.

– Familiarize themselves with requirement building, change management, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release, daily standups, reviews, and overall project execution.

– Learn to do proper project planning, monitoring

– Plan and execute a mock project that details the product roadmap.

– Develop and/or review estimates and assumptions for the project’s schedule and effort using established guidelines and best practices.

– Collaborate with various departments of software development (UI/UX, Quality Assurance, Developers, DevOps) to understand the working process of a cross-functional team.

Skills:

– Background in the field of Information Technology.

– Bachelor’s Degree completed.

– MBA graduate is a plus

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both English and Nepali.

– Leadership Skills – highly proactive, self-motivated, self-organized, decision-maker, committed, and an excellent team player.

– Knowledge about software development and its technologies.
