• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field 
• Proven experience in leading automation testing efforts and managing automation teams 
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools 
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or others 
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Java programming language and Java-based technologies, such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java Enterprise Edition (JEE). The candidate should have hands-on experience in Java development and be familiar with Java libraries and frameworks. 
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or others 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 

• 4 plus years of experience in software/automation development and management.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute automation test plans and strategies, including identifying appropriate test methodologies and tools to achieve optimal test coverage and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Products QA teams to identify areas of the application that can be automated and lead the design and implementation of automated tests to ensure high-quality software products. 
• Manage a team of automation engineers to ensure the timely delivery of automation framework development tasks, provide guidance and mentor the team members, and ensure compliance with the organization's standards and guidelines. 
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and libraries to ensure efficient and effective automation testing across multiple applications/products. 
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation testing tools to improve the automation testing process, reduce testing time, and increase the accuracy of test results. 
• Create and maintain documentation related to test automation processes, results, and metrics. Provide reports on the status and progress of automation testing efforts to stakeholders. 
• Grant least privilege access to resources and Revoke access for resources rotating off the team or leaving the company. 
• Monitor resource utilization and their performance.
