Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Spare Parts Manager to oversee the management and distribution of spare parts for electric vans at Electric Van Nepal. The Spare Parts Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of parts, optimizing inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, including stock levels, replenishment orders, and parts usage.
  • Monitor inventory turnover and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize carrying costs.
  • Source and procure spare parts from suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
  • Process customer orders for spare parts accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding spare parts inquiries and orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues related to spare parts promptly and effectively.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that spare parts meet manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and inspections of inventory to identify and address discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare reports on spare parts inventory, sales, and operational performance for management review.
  • Maintain documentation of transactions, invoices, and warranty information related to spare parts.
