- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices, with experience in managing spare parts or similar items.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions about inventory levels and procurement.
- Proficiency in generating, tracking, and managing purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience in working with suppliers, including negotiation and relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues related to inventory shortages, overstock, or order delays.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring adherence to inventory management best practices.
Additional Requirements:
- Personality: Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software and tools is preferred.
