Qualification:
Minimum of Graduate in Management with specialization in Accountancy or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Requirements:
o Experience of 3 to 5 years in the field of Finance & Accounts (Work in IT company is highly preferred).
o Experience of using accounting software.
o Knowledge of Accounting Standard, NFRS, TDS, VAT and other various duties/taxes as applicable in Nepal.
o Proficient with the MS Office Software (Like Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, MS-Power Point).
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to think creatively, comfortable in travelling from time to time based on the company requirements.
o Quick conceptualization of ideas.
o Excellent time management to ensure timely delivery.
o Experience at scanning competitive business environment and formulate strategy with competitive edge.
o Should have a sufficient job exposures leading and supervising software operation.
Job Responsibilities:
o Manage all phases of accounts payable and account receivable and ensure timely recovery of dues and functions of credit control.
o Prepare regular reports and summaries of all accounting aspects of the company.
o Prepare and booking of expense vouchers and payment as per the applicable Generally Acceptable Accounting Standards.
o Verify all accounting entries and to correct the irregularities if any.
o Prepare VAT Return, TDS return and its filing. Effectively execute and manage accounts assigned, jointly strategize for campaigns and take care of end-to-end client co-ordination.
o Communicate seamlessly with clients over calls and at meetings.
o Prepare business strategy documents for software portfolios of the company as one of the key proponents in operation level management.
o Streamline and consolidate existing business development process setting a performance benchmark.
o Assist department head in preparing a business plan, annual budget and setting a business target from each portfolios of business.
o Groom and mentor subordinate colleagues for outcome based performance.
o Conduct a performance evaluation of employee under his/her line function on a periodic basis.
o Establish a prudent reporting mechanism to the senior authority.
Submitting MIS report to the management on a periodic basis.
