- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Systematically filling important company documents.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Maintain stationary requirement and uses, prepare memo for requirement in coordination with central admin.
