Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining HR databases and systems to improve 100% data accuracy.
- Generating reports and analytics Daily/Weekly/monthly to support HR decision-making.
- Ensuring Data integrity within HR systems through regular audits.
- Providing support and training to HR staff on system usage.
- Coordination for gathering reports from HRBP.
- Ensuring reports are being prepared and shared on mentioned deadline.
