Job Description:

1. Plans and leads all aspects of mechanical engineering activities within and organization
2. Develops and implements strategic plans, goals, and objective in alignment with the organization’s mission and goals
3. Designs policies and procedures to promote best practices and ensure all mechanical engineering projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet required specifications and quality standards
4. Designs and manages departmental budgets, allocates resources effectively, and identifies cost-saving opportunities to optimize business performance and profitability and many more.

Job Specifications:

• 10+ years of working experience in integrated cement manufacturing plant in senior position
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
• Must have good communication skill in English
• Well knowledge of computer.
