Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR. Preference from FMCG industry.
- Strong Communicator with excellent listening, interaction skills and Command
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection
- Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection
- Knowledge of Payroll, HR Accounting & Benefits administration
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Deal with employee grievances & implement disciplinary procedures.
