Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely placement of SOP orders for all branches and AROs.
• Manage the LOR sheet.
• Track VOR orders and update entries in the Logistic Tracker.
• Coordinate with principal company regarding parts-related queries.
• Generate daily MTD Parts Sales Reports
• Prepare Retail Reports for principal company.
• Coordinate the arrangement of critical parts sent by branches or the service department.
• Generate SAR Reports.
• Conduct daily reviews of parts complaints.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven experience of 4-5 years in MIS or related roles with a focus on order management, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting
• Prior experience in the heavy equipment or automobile industries is preferable.
