Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy equipment, cement, and concrete equipment sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on product selection and usage.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in heavy equipment/ Cement/ Concrete equipment sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
