Job Description:
- Selection of premises for battery station.
- Negotiate rental agreements with property owners.
- Set up, maintain and ensure upkeep of stations.
- Monitor and manage station operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Supervise and train station staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols at the station.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure all equipment is in working order.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or customer complaints promptly.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
- Coordinate with the management team to align station.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in related field
- Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
