• Oversee daily operations of the Jazeera Air station in Bhairahawa.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate all ground handling activities, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding.
• Lead and supervise the station team to ensure efficient customer service and operational performance.
• Liaise with local authorities and service providers to maintain smooth station operations.
• Monitor and report on station performance, ensuring alignment with sales and operational targets.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Collaborate with the regional office on sales strategies and business development initiatives.
